Began in ABC Jr's in the 70's, with no high school team, did not bowl for around 8 years and picked it up in the early 80's with YABA.  Stopped bowling again due to military relocation in 86 and picked up bowling again in 1998.  I enjoyed approximately a 20 yr stretch of 200+ average when injuries concluded that run, a year ago. I joined CCUSBC in 2021 to assist with tournaments, did not really know what I was getting into.  Elected President of CCUSBC in 2024 and I proudly serve today with the goal of bringing our association together with respect for all bowlers, with a positive transparent look to our association.  I strongly believe in situational leadership which dictates that every situation is different and should be treated as such.  I joined the State Board in 2024 and again I am attempting to bring a positive vibe and transparency to the state level.

Personal

I served in the USAF from May of 1983 until Jan of 2013, when I retired as an E-7/MSgt.  My pathway to retirement took many turns over the years which extended my time in the Military.  Now I focus on doing what I can to support the veteran community. BVL has given me a chance to do just that.  I am grateful for the veteran support that has been provided by the membership of CCUSBC.
