Jenessa has been a 7-year member of CCUSBC and qualified for Junior Gold this year and last year. She averaged 206 last year. In March 2022, she bowled her highest series at 766 and followed that on April 9, 2022, with her first 300 game. She is a senior at Douglas County High School, participates in the Douglas County High School Junior ROTC and has plans to join the Army after graduation.

Spotlight on Jenessa Hernandez: Striking Success On and Off the Lanes

With seven years as a dedicated CCUSBC member, Jenessa Hernandez has built a bowling resume that speaks for itself. A standout youth bowler, Jenessa qualified for Junior Gold in back-to-back years and finished last season with an impressive 206 average.

Her talent was on full display during the 2022 season—she bowled her highest series of 766 in March, and just weeks later, on April 9, 2022, she rolled her first 300 game, a perfect score and a major milestone for any bowler.

Off the lanes, Jenessa is just as committed. A senior at Douglas County High School, she’s an active member of the school’s Junior ROTC program and has set her sights on joining the United States Army after graduation.
