Jolly Ramsey has been a pillar of strength and leadership in the local bowling community for over two decades. Her dedication began even before the merger of the men's and women's associations, and she has since played a key role in shaping the Carson Country USBC through a wide range of leadership roles.

Jolly has served the association as president, vice president, director, and most notably, as association manager for 13 years. Even after her formal term ended, she remained a guiding force—training incoming managers and occasionally stepping in to help during transitions.

Her tireless commitment, steady leadership, and willingness to serve wherever needed have made a lasting difference in the lives of countless bowlers. Jolly’s service is not only appreciated—it is truly worthy of meritorious recognition.
